What do you offer?
We offer in-store customers $1 back for every $50 you spend. These points you can use on future purchases. They are like a discount that you pay forward.
Do I get points on everything?
We only exclude repairs, drinks, and snacks. Bait, soft bait, jigs, lures, darts, clothing, and everything else in store attract points.
Can I redeem my points on anything?
Again we exclude repairs. However, you can redeem your points on anything else, even if the item is on Special.
When can I redeem my points?
On any future purchase, at any time, even on the same day. You are in total control of how you use your points.
How do I sign up?
You just need to purchase something. The loyalty system is linked to the till. All we ask for is your name and phone number. Signing up takes less than 30 seconds.
Will I be bombarded with promo offers?
All we text out are specials and any changes in operating hours. You can opt out of texts at any time.
Do my points expire?
Sort of. If you haven't purchased anything in two years, we assume you are not coming back. Your details and points are deleted.
Do I have to present a loyalty card every time?
No. We do not issue a card. You just need to say your phone number or surname.
Do I get loyalty points if I purchase on-line?
Unfortunately no points are offered to on-line customers at this stage.
